This website is operated by AgentPass, Inc. ("Off By One Outfitters", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update these terms by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

Products and orders

All products are made to order and printed by a third party fulfillment partner. Colors may differ slightly from what you see on screen because of monitor settings and print processes. Product names and artwork in this store use deliberate miscounting as a design theme. Quantities, sizes and prices stated in the product options, cart and checkout are exact and are what you will receive and pay. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example when a product is listed at an incorrect price or we suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment taken.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store your card details. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Intellectual property

Designs, text, and images on this site belong to AgentPass, Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep product information accurate but do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error free. If you find an error, tell us at shop@agentpass.net.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentPass, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
