Shipping policy

Off By One Outfitters is operated by AgentPass, Inc., 65 Annie St, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States. Every item in our store is made to order. We do not hold inventory. When you place an order, it is printed and packed by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printify, through its network of US print providers, and shipped directly to you from the United States.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including PO boxes where the carrier allows it.

Handling time

Because each item is produced after you order, handling (production) time is 2 to 7 business days. Most orders leave the print facility within 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your package ships.

Transit time and cost

Standard shipping (USPS or UPS ground, 3 to 8 business days after handling): USD 5.99 per order.
Free standard shipping on orders of USD 60 or more.

Total expected delivery time is therefore 5 to 15 business days from the day you order. Items in one order may ship separately if they are produced at different facilities. You will get separate tracking numbers in that case and pay shipping only once.

Delays, lost or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package arrives damaged, email shop@agentpass.net with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will reprint and reship at no cost or refund you in full. Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to the facility because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you and reship once the address is corrected.
